
Place of Exhibition (Mela)
Science Block of Everest Science Center Pvt. Ltd. at Barju-05, Shantiban, Sunsari in Province No. 1.
The project has been supported by the Government of Nepal (Province No. 1). The project has been conducted with the partnership between the government and ESCN. The Science Exhibition (Mela) has been conducted for three days viz. 30, 31 and 32 of Jestha 2076. Twenty-Nine schools, Colleges and Organization and an individual from ten different districts has been participated in the Exhibition (Mela). Total number of 16,582 visitors has visited the science Exhibition (Mela) within three days. At the end of the Exhibition (Mela) the participants with the best Exhibition and demonstration has been awarded with the prizes. The Exhibition (Mela) has been completed successfully and has achieved its objectives.
Organization of Exhibits
Day 1
Total fifty stalls were completely prepared for the exhibitors. Exhibitors from different location reached to the place of exhibition. The stall has been provided to the exhibitors and the exhibitors setup their exhibition and demonstration. The visitor started to visit the exhibition. The participants from different school has explained about their exhibition and demonstration to the visitors. In Day one total number of 1342 visitor visited the exhibition.
In day one, all the participants and exhibitors are welcomed by organizing the opening ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Dilip Adhikari, Chairman of ESCN. Honorable Minister Mr Jadish Kumar Kusiyat was the chief guest. Chief guest along with other respected guest visit the exhibition. Chairman and Chief guest welcomes all the participants and encourage the students for the research and development in the field of Science and Information Technology.
Performance Evaluation committee was formed. Performance evaluation committee was formed with the view of evaluating the demonstrations/exhibition of the participants. Following are the members of the committee:

Day 2
In Day 2 total number of 3,174 visitor visited the exhibition. In Day 2, Most of the visitors were students. All the student visited were seen with the curiosity about different scientific demonstration.
Day 3
In Day 3, total number of 12,066 visitor visited the exhibition.
During Day 3, the members of performance evaluation committee perform the evaluation and provided the marks to the participants. The Exhibition was ended by the organization of closing ceremony. The Closing Ceremony was chaired by Mr. Dilip Adhikari, Chairman of ESCN. Honorable Minister Mr. Jadish Kumar Kusiyat was the chief guest. And other special guest present are: Honorable Mr. Kul Prasad Sawa,
Badri Raj Dhungana (Secretary of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Ministry), Mr. Krishna Raj Adhaikari, Mr. Nanda Kumar Thaku, Mr. Debendra Karna (Science Teachers Association), Mr Umesh Yadab, Mr. Gopi Aachami and etc.
During the closing ceremony the chairman, Chief guest and special guest deliver the speech congratulating the organization for the success of the exhibit and thanking all the participants and visitor for making the exhibit success. At the end of the ceremony the chief guest distributes the letter of appreciation to the participants and awards and prizes to the top teams.

Major Achievements

Awards and Prize Distribution
The Evaluation of the exhibition (Mela) has been evaluated by providing equal weight of marks between the vote that exhibitors got from the visitor and from the marks provided by performance appraisal committee. The total of 7,514 Valid votes have been obtained by the exhibitors.
The total of Nine exhibitors was able to win the award and prizes. Out of them two exhibitors are the joint winner of the exhibition and seven other participators were provided with the consolation prize. Details of the exhibitors winning the prize are as follows:
